After an intensive training in US Nike Town, Portland last week, Rooney comes back with 7 pounds lighter and fitter.
7 pounds in just one week, must've been pretty tough work for him.
His agenda, two days on double training and three days with 3 sessions of training, plus a diet with MU medical team monitored in every hours, helped him back with a better physics.Looks like he will be ready to play next Saturday (20/11), in a match between Wigan Athletic.
