Selfish Lionel Messi Shouting at Tello vs AC Milan Match

Lionel Messi is known as a nice and humble player. But that's only when he keeps getting the ball supply to score on his own.

On the goaless draw match against AC Milan, Messi was caught furious over junior team mate Cristian Tello for NOT giving him the ball. At that time, Tello did the right move by made his own shot since he had to make a fast decision. But Messi, who expected to get the pass from him, was later mad and shouted at him. It wasn't a nice thing to do to your team-mate after he failed in trying.

Last week, Messi also did a similar thing at Cuenca at Granada match. At the time, he already scored a hattrick, and the team already lead the way. (Barca beat Granada to 5-3) But when Cuenca tried his luck in scoring but later he got offside, Messi told him to "lift his head up" so can see other player (to pass on).

Sure, if Ronaldo did this (like last season when he had a "thing" with Higuain), the media will then blew up the story and called him cocky and arrogant. But when it happens to Messi, they keep it quiet, and some of them even defended him by saying it was his way to teach the youngster as part of great leadership. OH Come on....!!! Messi doesn't have THAT in his blood. The introvert, quiet, and self-centered person can't be a leader in any kind of way.

Well, enough of that, here's the clip when Messi shouted. But it wasn't very clear here though....

Lionel Messi for Esquire After US Time Magazine Dropped Him for Cover

Lionel Messi posed for Greek Esquire magazine cover this month edition. Earlier, he also appear in Time Magazine cover. But it's only for Time Asia, Europe and South Pasific edition. Despite being 'promised' to appear for US edition, they seemed to change their mind and dropped his face for the cover, since he is considered 'not that well known' in US.

The US Time Cover
The cover actually was plotted to point out "The Power of Shyness" (showed above). So maybe they didn't think Messi is shy enough for them......

Lionel Messi Missed the Penalty vs Valencia - Video

Would you believe that this guy that supposed to be the best footballer of 2011 could miss an easy penalty.........twice, this season only ??

Yup, it must be sucks to be the person to blame for the loss. Because he deserves it, since the shot was not strong enough, and was too predictable. Valencia's goalkeeper had no trouble at all in catching the ball. Infact, he said that he already studied Messi's penalty's shot, where he realized Messi doesn't have variety in the direction.

The same situation happened last year over Sevilla. Messi missed the shot, and when he missed, the team somehow failed to win. In all 6 penalties this season, he have failed twice, that's around 35%.

Messi is indeed having a bad term when it comes to penalty kick. He's usually full of confidence when dribbling the ball passing the guards, but that when he knew he gets backup from his other trustable team mates. But in penalties, he's on his own, at least until he take the shot.

(Remember how he did a funny penalty against AC Milan last November ?? He had to repeat his shot after received a yellow for doing such weird gesture..... )

In total 20 penalties he had taken so far, he failed 7th of it. So, it's another 35% failure. A bad record for number one player.

Cristiano Ronaldo vs Messi - Goals at El Clasico

El Clasico is always about Cristiano Ronaldo vs Messi. When CR shines, Messi sucks, and it goes the other way around. But for the last 2 Clasico, CR definitely topped Messi for the goals and the performance.

For the goal record in El Clasico, here are the statistics :

Lionel Messi has booked 13 goals in all El Clasico. 7 of it was at Santiago Bernabeu, and the rest at Camp Nou.

For Cristiano Ronaldo, so far he scored 5 goals in El Clasico, and only onced (if Im not mistaken) at Camp Nou.

But when Ronaldo just started the El Clasico match 2,5 season ago, Messi had an early start, in 2006/07. Moreover, back in 2006/07, Cristiano Ronaldo wasn't yet at Real Madrid to set a rivalry. While Messi already had his side-kick such as Iniesta and Xavi. So, I thinks the result is still a tie between them.

Lionel Messi Issues With the Referee

When it comes to Messi, the media seems to be letting him off from a bad press. The fact is, Messi is not as innocent as he looks. Just like Ronaldo, he also have issues on the pitch, especially with the referee.

Messi is likely to do protest to the referee in the match, showing that he's not satisfy with their decision. Like every other Barca players, Messi won't accept any of it without a fight, even if he had to receive a yellow for it. Infact, this season he already received a few yellow for his 'argument' with the ref. One of the example is when he received a yellow for dissing the referee in the last El Clasico.

And against Espanyol, Messi had another "discussion" with the ref. He made a protest about Cesc Fabregas disallowed goal and his yellow card for a handball. Just as you know, Messi did a handball right before he passed the ball to Fabregas that later turned into a goal. The ref disallowed the goal, which clearly a good call But instead of accepting the decision, Messi started to protest to the ref, a thing that he shouldn't done if he is a sportive player.

Lionel Messi "Kid" a Babe Magnet

Who would've thought that the skinny short kid from Rosario was a babe magnet, even before he became famous.

According to his old neighbours at Rosario, Emilia and Maria Victoria, Messi as a kid was popular, even though he only interested in football, and not going gaga about girls.

The local girls would came over to the field , and had picnic while watching him playing football. They even waited for him to come out from the house, just to see him.

Hmm.......innocent look with a magic feet. Works on him till now.

Lionel Messi Dirty Penalty Kick - Video

Lionel Messi should learn the rules of penalty kick so he won't do a dirty kick like he did against AC Milan.

Surprisingly, the supposed-to-be humble football star did a stupid act on his first penalty attempt. He made a kicking gesture after the whistle, but fake it, and hold a second before he finally kicked the ball.

Faking in the run-up in a penalty to confuse the opponent is allowed, but to fake it after a player completed the run-up deserves a yellow card, and that's a football rules.

It's funny to see how his teammates hopelessly tried to defend him when he received that yellow card. That poor guy Messi is really sucks when it comes to penalty kick.....

Just like Real Madrid players, Barcelona players also received Audi cars for each players, following the partnership deal between Barcelona and Audi. Most players received Q7, although some prefers the more sporty looks like Audi RS5.

Barcelona star Lionel Messi  gets a different class of car from rival Cristiano Ronaldo,as he only awarded with Audi Q7, with a price less than € 60,000,-a car that probably Ronaldo would be caught dead riding it......(compare to Ronaldo's car, worth €186,000)

Cristiano Ronaldo vs Messi - Who Win the Most Silly Dive ?

A bad night for Lionel Messi. Not only his team failed to win and only made it a draw over Sociedad, the best player of 2010/11 received a yellow after his awful dive got caught by the ref.

Realizing that his team might lose, Messi tried to win a penalty. But unlike his other dive expert team-mate such as Alves, Rodriguez, and others, Messi failed , shamefully.

You can see on the video how Messi deliberately roll the ball to the spot that clearly crowded with opponents, instead of passing in to Iniesta on the back.

Yet on the same night, Ronaldo also accused on diving, but he got lucky instead. The ref rewarded him with a penalty, instead of a freekick.

The ref decision is not only came as a surprise on us, but it was also surprised Ronaldo and even Mourinho. The coach admitted that it shouldn't be a penalty, although he added that Ronaldo didn't dive.

On the video you can see, that Ronaldo really got tripped, since he made his usual trick when the opponent tackled his foot. He surely didn't intend to win a penalty, mostly a free-kick I presume, but it was all the ref mistake.

Just take a view on the video, and see who made the worst dive.

Lionel Messi and Antonella Summer Wedding at Ibiza

Early this year, we heard about Lionel Messi's break up news with girlfriend Antonella. But recently, the very opposite news came out in public, that the two couple actually got married this summer at Ibiza. One of his best friend in Barcelona, Dani Alves, reportedly attend the private ceremony, where there were only limited guests invited.

The couple wedding ceremony took place at Ibiza, after Messi's duty with Argentina team was over. The rumor is mostly to be true, since Dani Alves was seen holidaying together with Messi and Antonella at their rented yacht, along with the family members.

Another strong prove, is that the two love birds are wearing the same ring that looks like a wedding ring on their left hand. It certainly not an engagement ring, or a partner ring like Ronaldo gave to Irina this summer.

Although the family "denied" the wedding rumor, but according to Argentina sports commentator, Marcelo Araujo, the couple is definitely tied the knot at Ibiza. He even wrote on his Twitter, that he will shut down his account, if the story is false.

However, it was a rare view to see Lionel Messi having a holiday along with all his family and close friends. The probability that the wedding is true, I'll say about 90%.

Just look at how his face glowing while he was with Antonella....Well, he is a very lucky man. Antonella is a smart, beautiful, a sexy woman. I'd say, not even Irina Shayk could match her tan figure....

Lionel Messi Got Attack at His Hometown by a School Boy

Well it proves that not every kids love Messi.....It happens when Messi was at his hometown, Rosario, yesterday.

According to a witness, Messi was inside a restaurant when suddenly a boy with uniform approached him, and tried to punch him. Didn't say that he got hit or not, but Messi said that it was nothing, and that he wasn't even touched. He then left the restaurant with friends, and was quickly surrounded by kids that asked for his autographs. Clearly, Messi was a bit shocked by this incident.

Now who exactly that kid who tried to attack him ? Apparently, the kid is a fan of Rosario Central, a big rival of Newell's Old Boys, a football club that Messi played when he was young.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi Join Forces In Japan Charity Match

FIFPro is planning a charity match that will include the World All-football star vs Japan this year. The date hasn't been decided yet, but probably on May or December.

Various football association globally have been contacted, including FIFA. The good thing is that they replied with a positive feedback, which means they have agreed to support the event.

OK, if we talk about a World class footballer, then Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine comes to our mind. And now we should be excited to know that the three players were up to join the World All Star selection. So to see Ronaldo with Messi on the same team, dribbling the ball one to another, is a possible thing.....

Right now, FIFPro is preparing for the match schedule, and coordinating with the Japan's player association. As for Zidane, who has experience in charity matches, he already agreed to participate.
And don't be surprise to hear David Beckham and Ronaldinho as player that also expected to be on the event.
